Liberals might be happier than conservatives, even if conservatives say otherwise

HAHAHA, oh my god, I completely forgot about this!

My favorite part is when she randomly goes off track and starts bashing the chem trails/birther conspiracists.

Do you think she'll give an encore if Hillary wins?

Rather than conservatives trying to talk themselves up, might it make more sense to describe this as an example of elevated RWA-scorers fabricating an outwards public image of being average or normal? The reports of happiness regardless of their actual feelings would be an attempt to conceal any reservations that could imply that they are somehow weak or otherwise inferior to their peers (real men are tough and unemotional, good women persevering and grateful for what they have, etc.). Liberals, tending to be low RWA-scorers, would feel less of a need to conform and be more open to sharing their flaws or problems with other people. In other words, if conservatives felt that most Americans were miserable they'd be far likelier than liberals to self-report as less satisfied with life than they actually are?

I'm about there by 2:56 just after she declared her unhingedness - not sure if I should keep going. xD

both sets of data are based on a self-selection/self-presentation - conservatives win the happiness award in the category of self-reporting, while liberals win in the category of what they post online.
