I think Nancy Rotering has a good chance against Schneider in a primary and I think she is going to challenge. Dems will be sick of the repeat candidate plus she is mayor of the Democratic powerhouse of the district. Waukegan provides a lot of Dem votes but Dem money and power is in Highland Park.

Rotering is not going to win, I have changed my mind after investigating further. Schneider is a boring candidate but she would have to work very hard to build the network and support that he has. He's in a better position to beat Dold and he is currently in good position to beat Rotering.

Democrats in IL-10 are staunhly pro-Israel, predominately because the Democratic muscle of the district comes from Highland Park, which is a very Jewish area.
