I thought about this, hopefully better than the episode about Meg being a Christian and Brian an atheist (which was terrible) and even ended up mapping out a plot at work today while it was slow:

-Peter and the guys at The Drunken Clam complain about how so many hipsters are coming to it now "ironically".
-They notice a pocket of hipsters there at the very minute, but Quagmire is immediately attracted to one woman. So he buys her a drink and starts talking to her (voiced by someone like Zooey Deschanel), and she advises him to meet her tommorow Saturday afternoon at some location. Quagmire thinks he's going to score.
-Quagmire shows up to this location and Peter tags along (he probably has some ridiculous theory like that she's actually a serial killer and will kill him) and they find a warehouse. Quagmire assumes at first it's going to be for a rave or something until they go inside and find chairs and a big cross. Quagmire realizes that it's church (Peter is oblivious), and thinks it's some sort of creepy cult and wants to leave, but can't because there's so many attractive women around.
-The girl from the bar gives some sort of sermon full of hipster stereotype references and then announces that they're doing communion this week with expensive imported non-mainstream wine and bread from some obscure country they're getting it from before it's cool. Peter and Quagmire take communion and end up loving it.
-Peter decides to abandon Catholicism as a result, and Quagmire still wants to score, so when she does a call out to anyone who wants to get baptized, they come forward (insert some joke about how fat Peter is and how difficult it is). Then hipster pastor girl prays some prayer full of hipster stereotype references ending with saying "lower case a-men"
-Peter turns into an uber-hipster, he starts wearing hipster glasses, grows a beard (Brian asks him how he did so quickly setting up for a cutaway gag), talks about how he's only to go ride an expensive bike everywhere now (setting up a joke about how he can't because of how fat he is) and lectures Lois about things like serving only organic food and fair trade coffee claiming that the Bible says so. Lois is curious about this and wants to go to the church next week.
-Lois and the family show up (very overdressed) and decide that they're good people even if a little odd, though Brian tells Peter that they're just as cult-like and creepy as conservative Christians and Stewie just plain hates them and talks about how they'll all be the first people executed when he takes over the world.
-Peter and Quagmire are hanging out at The Drunken Clam with hipster pastor girl and her friends later, and Jesus shows up. The bar runs out of craft beer and has only cheap mainstream beer left, but Jesus turns it all into craft beer and jokes around with the hipster crew and talks about how he's kind of angry at his dad now and is hanging out with them instead for that reason.
-Hipster pastor girl and Jesus hold a party at their place later, where Quagmire confesses that he actually just wanted to have sex with her and was never interested in any of the stuff she was preaching. She tells him that she knew that but led him along anyway because Jesus is for everyone. Quagmire seems to be having a sincere conversion...but then something happens and he ends up having sex with her, she gets angry at him and realizes hes just a lecherous predator and punches him (he leaves basically yelling "giggity!")
-Stewie shows up with some sort of ray gun and shoots her, she disappears. After she vanishes Peter drops the hipster stuff, and later Brian tells Stewie that as annoying as she though she was killing her was too over the top, Stewie claims he didn't kill her, just sent her into the past with a time machine ray...and then notices that he actually sent her back to time right before Jesus was crucified (cut away gag with her talking to Jesus on the cross.) Brian expresses concern that this might result in some changes to the present, but Stewie says he doubts anything big will happen. Cut away to the TV with the news that the Pope is giving an address and a zoom in to that he's wearing hipster glasses. The end.

...yeah it was really slow at work today.

It have no meaning outside Atlas, and that's only because BRTD is a poster. I have never heard the term from anywhere else, and other than BRTD other poster only talk about HC in a context which include BRTD.
