Yet another reason to hate the EU.  They taste like something only a Brusselcrat could love.

Like them.

They're perfectly fine if you roast or fry them.  Boiling brussels sprouts is the absolute worst way to prepare them and I'm sure is the reason they have a bad reputation.

When I come to family Thanksgivings, it's the first thing I give to the family dog off my plate....

Like-love them, depending. Picked like them. As a kid, lima beans and brussels sprouts I really did not like, and we had them a lot (I liked broccoli, though, and now I love it). Ha, how tastes change. I love lima beans now also. More so than how they are prepared, I find that brussels sprouts cannot be undercooked. If they're undercooked they're bitter to me somehow, but if they're cooked through they're mild and very tasty. Vegetables really have a lot of natural flavor (you have to do very little to them to add to the flavor, unlike meat).

It's a seasonal vegetable and should only be eaten in season.

They're delicious. Roast em up with some olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.

Posts like this make me feel heretical (one of the few times I feel the need for a Like button on the page).

Brussels [redacted] have a nice inherent sweetness when cooked properly.
