Normal people would have responded to my question with a flat 'no'. Or perhaps 'of course not'. Or even 'what the hell? That's a vile thing to say. NO!', fwiw.

I've supported pulling back the reigns on the idea of bestiality as a crime for a long time.  if humans want to try to be kind to animals the food industry is where you go and you stay there 100 years working on that before you worry about a guy fcking a dog.

Cross-posting from a post I made on AH.com:

The Popular Liberal Party seeks to make the ideas of European liberalism, most notably, fiscal conservatism and liberalism on social policy, more mainstream in American society. The party also advocates for environmentally friendly policies designed to reduce global warming and further integrate the use of solar and wind energy. Trade policy is similarly important to the core beliefs of the party, with a majority of the party supporting "free, but fair, trade deals" and the renegotiation of current deals to meet this goal. Just like any party, however, the Popular Liberal Party contains various factions within it. The most notable are the libertarian and social-liberal wings. The libertarian wing is more anti-big government than the rest of the party and goes one step further in regards to the party's position on non-interventionism, supporting leaving the United Nations and NATO and massively reducing the size of the military. The social-liberal wing looks to have the party commit to more government intervention in regards to programs like Medicare and Social Security and was responsible for the party supporting the implementation of a public option in regards to health care. In addition, the Popular Liberal Party has a protectionist wing that seeks to impose many tariffs, but the wing does not have as widespread of a support base as do the other wings.

Other party positions of note:

-Pro-choice
-Pro-LGBT rights
-Stricter gun laws
-State referendums on the legalization of marijuana
-Tighter security of U.S. border, followed by amnesty for all illegal immigrants currently residing in the country

The more simple answer is simply I like LI and think having an American party there would be great, but to delve into it more, some parties with leans, like the Dutch VVD, have become members, and also, a party more focused to European economic liberalism and being more center-left or centrist on social issues would probably fit better in LI.

The IDU could work as well, though.

Name of Party: Taxpayer's Party of America
Countries: America
Affiliated Organizations: Americans for Tax Reform
Ideology: Strict fiscal conservativatism, protectionism, nationalist
Official Colors: Orange
Official Motto: America hates taxes and government, let's get rid of em
Official Publication: The Taxpayer's Manual to Freedom
Political position: Far Right

Political Program
1. Eliminate taxation, period.
2. Beef up border security.
3. Yank up tariffs on foreign goods.
4. Ban abortion, prosecute doctors and women who receive abortions for murder.
5. Eliminate public schools.
6. Legalize all drugs.
7. Eliminate most domestic government services.
8. Escape foreign escapades.
9. Use remaining funds to build a glass dome around America.
10. deport any company caught using foreign labor of any kind.

I hope this is a joke. Without taxes government will stop functioning, period, and 2-10 will be impossible to implement without the government. So you have to choose either 2-10 and 1 with some moderation, or just number 1 in its fullest effect. Numbers 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 will be very unpopular. Number 9 seems the most random - why end public education to pay for a useless glass dome around the country?!?

NAME OF PARTY: Liberal Party
AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS1:
Young Liberals
College Liberals
LGBTQ+ Liberals
Women Liberals
IDEOLOGY: Liberalism, social liberalism, centrism; factions: liberal conservatism, neoliberalism, progressivism
INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATION2: Liberal International, Progressive Alliance
OFFICIAL COLOR(S): yellow
OFFICIAL MOTTO: For a Better Tomorrow and a Better Today
OFFICIAL PUBLICATIONS3:
POLITICAL POSITION4: center-right to center-left

POLITICAL PROGRAM5

1. Total gun ban
2. Total fossil fuel ban and massive subsidies for renewable energy
3. Eliminate all protective tariffs
4. Create a system of fully-funded (by the government) healthcare, with services provided by the private sector. The government shall provide funds for the private sector in order for them to provide the healthcare services.
5. Liberalize abortion laws and make it legal for a minimum of 20 weeks in every state
6. Electoral Reform: Abolish federalism and presidentialism, Switch to a bicameral parliamentary system, the power of the Senate is reduced greatly with it being more of an advisory chamber now rather than a legislative system. The House of Representatives is expanded to 1,000 seats. FPTP is also abolished and replaced with closed list PR for the House and STV for the Senate. Additionally, to ensure compliance with the VRA, nationwide minority lists shall also be created, in a way not too dissimilar to NZ's Maori lists, and it'd be for groups like Asians, Hispanics, African Americans, etc. End result is a unitary parliamentarian system of government.
7. Tax Reform: Bring itemized and state and local tax deductions back to their pre-TCJA levels, raise income taxes on the wealthiest Americans, create a 5% wealth tax for those making over $100 million. Also bring in a VAT, raise the federal gas tax and index it to inflation, and pass a VMT.
8. Transportation: Create a network of tolled highways and express lanes to generate revenue, this may be by using existing free highways or by building new ones.
9. Agriculture: Consider the environmental impacts of animal rearing and slowly take steps to reduce it, begin by introducing high taxes (30-45%) on animal meats that come from animals that come from animals that are the worst offenders of pollution. Over time, place limits on the amount of pounds of meat that can be in the market at any one time to make animal agriculture ultimately unprofitable. Also begin to research possible rewilding techniques.
10. Centralize school curricula. Standards for the material to be taught in schools shall be decided by a panel of teachers from around the country, who will be selected by the government, who shall look at a number of criteria to select these teachers, these standards will be taught across the country and will be tested in a government-created test, which must be passed, in order to advance to the next grade level.
11. Ratify the Equal Rights Amendment, and be committed to other measures to support women's rights
12. Overturn any state bans on affirmative action
13. Require schools to teach about the racist parts of America's history, and require teachers to engage these students on these topics to allow for students to understand issues like racism and prejudice, also students shall be required to write essays on both these topics as well as on their own thoughts on racism and prejudice.
14. Ban any and all Confederate imagery, including flags, the song "Dixie," etc.
15. Change the structure of the Supreme Court, require for judges to be officially nonpartisan and recommended from top law associations. Also confirmations shall require 75% of Congress, including 50% of the members from the minority party

1Basically, any organizations not directly (or directly, I guess it depends on how you personally would run your party) run by the party but linked to it in a formal way. Like the College Democrats or Young Republicans or Young Labour, etc. Many parties have specific wings for students, youth wings, women's wings, etc. So that's your prerogative here if you'd have anything like that.
2Would your organization be affiliated with the Socialist International, International Democrat Union, etc?
3Parties in places outside of the U.S. tend to have either an official paper or one that is unofficially supportive of them. Include one or more if you'd like.
4Not technically the same thing as ideology. This is more or less whether or not your party is on the center-left, far-left, center-right, far-right, etc.
5I'm going to leave the part below this blank, because I don't want to pigeonhole what you might come up with as important or something that you'd in particular advocate if you were designing your own political party. You can post what you'd like there. Where your party stands on the issues, what it would do if it were in power, etc.

3. Abolition of all copyrights, patents, and other forms of so-called 'intellectual property.'
4. Unrestricted and equal suffrage for all persons over the age of 15.
5. The adoption of the initiative, referendum, and recall at the federal level and at all lower levels of government in which they do not currently exist.
6. Abolition of the Senate, the Presidency, and the Vice Presidency and the transfer of their powers to an expanded House of Representatives.
7. The reapportionment of the House of Representatives inline with those requirements for representation established in the Constitution of the United States.
8. The election of all judges, including members of the United States Supreme Court.
9. The renunciation of the Supreme Court of the power to declare laws null and void, as this has no legal constitutional basis.
10. The re-drawing of all existing state boundaries.
11. Independence or democratic self-government for all United States territories, commonwealths, or nations in free association with the United States, including the right to send representatives to Congress.
12. Absolute separation of church and state.
13. Abolition of the standing army in favor of the universal arming of the working class and the formation of democratic workers' militias.
14. Abolition of all police forces in favor of democratic workers' militias.
15. Abolition of the FBI, the CIA, and all other agencies that exist to spy on or otherwise harass American citizens or engage in covert warfare at home or abroad.
16. The election of all public officials for short terms at salaries no higher than that of the average working person. The abolition of all special privileges for elected officials.
17. Socialization of the financial sector under workers' control and the forgiveness of all debts owed by the working class to the banks or the capitalist state.
18. Election of all legislatures by proportional representation.
19. Immediate closure of all military bases on foreign soil. Withdrawal from all existing military alliances, international financial institutions such as the WTO and IMF, and the United Nations.
20. Immediate release of all non-violent persons currently imprisoned.
21. Abolition of all immigration restrictions and laws impeding the free movement of people on the North American continent.
22. Legalization of all drugs.
23. Full legal equality for persons of all races, religions, colors, creeds, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
24. Socialization of the media under workers' control.
25. Right of all workers in socialized industry to elect managers and manage their own work.

Economic Demands
1. Reduction in the working week from 40 to 30 hours with no loss in pay.
2. Transfer of all regulatory power concerning wages and hours, workplace safety, etc. from the state to workers' organizations.
3. A legal minimum wage equivalent to the cost of maintaining a healthy diet, the cost of housing, and all costs associated with raising at least two children, as determined by a special commission established and maintained by the workers.
4. Abolition of all guest worker programs.
5. Equal pay for equal work, regardless of sex, race, color, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
6. Universal access to education from pre-kindergarten to graduate school, at no cost to students or their families. A stipend for students over the age of 15 equivalent to the minimum wage and state payment of all costs incurred for textbooks, housing, etc. Education should be polytechnical, emphasizing both technical and academic work in order to break down the division of labor between brain and brawn work. Management of all schools by elected committees of students, school employees, and community members.
7. The transformation of Social Security into a universal basic income equivalent to the minimum wage, paid to all persons aged 15 and up.
8. Abolition of all government interference in and controls upon labor unions. Immediate repeal of the Taft-Hartley Act, the Landrum-Griffin Act, and the staffing of all industrial dispute boards with elected representatives of the workers.
9. Socialization of all industries dependent upon taxpayer subsidies for their operation and all natural monopolies.
10. Socialization of the land and the promotion of cooperative farming methods.
11. State aid to cooperatives and incentives for small businesses to convert themselves into cooperatives under workers' control and management. Ban on the issuing of new corporate charters that allow for one-man management.
12. Democratic planning and management of the economy by socialized industries under workers' control, workers' self-directed enterprises, and self-proprietorships.
13. Abolition of all regressive taxation in favor of the application of rent payments by socialized industries to the state in order to fund its operations.
14. Universal access to medical care, free at the point of use, including mental, dental, and other forms of scientifically proven care. Socialization of the entire medical sector (including Big Pharma) under the control and management of hospital employees, patients, and communities.
15. Universal access to housing. Promotion of communal living by the state and the establishment of housing cooperatives.
16. Establishment of worker-owned and controlled cafeterias, laundromats, and daycares as a step toward women's liberation. Socialize domestic work insofar as possible to free women from the double-shift of the patriarchal family unit.
17. Guaranteed right to employment. A massive public works program to retrofit buildings to make them energy efficient, combat climate change, and revitalize run-down areas.
18. Immediate seizure by the state of all abandoned worksites and their re-opening for use-production under workers' control.
19. Equalize all workers and environmental standards at the highest possible level with all nations the U.S. is currently party to a 'free trade' agreement with. Withdraw from any agreement in which those nations refuse to comply with said adjustments.
20. Aggressive investment in labor-saving technology to reduce the working week. Implement 3D printing on a massive scale and invest heavily in automation, with a just transition to a new job or a place in education for all workers put out of a job by these innovations.

1An organization for persons aged 15-25. Internally democratic and free from the control of the mother party. The Young Workers League elects members to represent itself to the National Executive Committee of the Workers Party in proportion to its numbers. The YWL would probably fill the role of regular high school and college clubs, fraternities, etc.
2An organization for the children of party members and interested youth, aged 5-15. Kind of a combination of an alternative scout movement (think the Radical Brownies but turned up to 11) that would also run summer camps, socialist sunday schools, socialist sports leagues for children, etc. Basically a mass organization to educate the young and provide for some community where there currently is none.
3A halfway house between a paramilitary organization and a gun club, the Spartacus League would instruct party members on the proper use of firearms, teach self-defense courses, and patrol working class communities as a means of monitoring police actions and defusing situations between workers as necessary.
4Supports of the creation of a 5th International.
5Daily newspaper covering pretty much everything your regular newspapers cover, but from a Marxist perspective.
6Monthly theoretical journal. Similar to International Socialist Review
7Literary-artistic monthly magazine not unlike The New Yorker
8Specific publications for major metropolitan areas
9Specific publications focusing on one or two major issues. More or less socialist versions of Cosmo, Scientific American, etc.

the motto is: workers (proletarians) of all the countries, unite!
i've some doubt on the colour, but idk if the trouble is valid also in english language

My own personal views would be pretty similar to the LP platform, maybe a bit toned down, so it would just be redundant. Gold is fine as their color, red and blue are taken, black is depressing, white makes you look like white nationalists.

Most of this thread is just "how many different ways can we be communist?"

Anyway, here's my attempt at a moderate hero party-

NAME OF PARTY: American Party
IDEOLOGY: Centrism, liberalism
OFFICIAL COLOR(S): Red, white, and blue American flag theme
POLITICAL POSITION- center-right to center-left
POLITICAL PROGRAM-

The idea here is that I'll strip away all the issues people fight about and have a party that just represents the core American values, which have been abandoned by Republicans and Democrats. These are-

America is not an ethnic state. Immigration policies should not promote certain ethnicities over others in demographics. This also encompasses a belief in racial equality, not equity. Everyone should be treated the same by the government and society regardless of ethnic background.

Broad support for capitalism. Diverse economic views should be represented, there will be no tax pledges and it is fine to support a robust safety net. However, the party is opposed to significant nationalization and avowed socialists are not welcome.

Near absolute belief in freedom of speech, assembly, press, and religion. This includes church-state separation on the last front.

Support for the rights of the accused as mandated in the constitution at every level of government. It is better to let a guilty person go free than punish an innocent person.

Absolute support for representative democracy (this could include efforts to abolish the EC)

I would consider adding support for gay marriage and Roe v. Wade as well (but not late term abortion or other misc restrictions) since those are things 70-80% of people agree on.

This is basically the Dems but without all the baggage that drags them down (socialists, CRT, woke censorship, sexual misconduct with hunts).
