[1] Affiliated with SDPUSA through a revitalized Committee on Political Education
[2] The youth organization of the SDPUSA for individuals aged 5-18. Far more extensive than most high school political party organizations in the United States, by providing a full spectrum of experiences and activities for youth beyond politics. Thus offers summer camps, weekly meetings, sports programs, hikes, runs youth centres, singing of folk songs etc.
[3] Basically the Social Democratic organization for individuals aged 18-25 and the face of the SDPUSA on college campuses. Unlike similar organizations does not limit its focus to those enrolled to universities and reaches out to young people in workplaces and vocational schools.
[4] Essentially an organization for SDPUSA members who are firearms enthusiasts and interested in physical fitness and inspired by the Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold of the Weimar Republic. Dresses up in uniforms mostly as an excuse to march in parades and the like, a paramilitary organization being happily unnecessary in a liberal democracy although it does mobilize in events such as natural disasters for charitable and humanitarian efforts.
[5] Sub-divided into the Catholic Workers League and the the Evangelical Fellowship of the SDPUSA, similar but smaller organizations exist for those of other religious persuasions including the Social Democratic Freethinkers League for those of a secular bent.
[6] The think-tank of the SDPUSA, providing policy and information for the party
[7] Basically the New York Times or similar respectable national newspapers of record with a strong social democratic leaning and local editions for most metropolitan areas
[8] A weekly political/literary-cultural magazine akin to Atlantic or New Republic
[9] A theoretical journal focused on political philosophy and policy
[10] Basically local papers
[11] Basically specialist magazines focused on topics such as history, science, firearms, youth interests etc.
