That would only make sense if we were to assume the mental faculties of a horse are sufficient for her or him to be competent in providing unambiguously informed, non-coerced consent and communicate such to a human being in a way they can clearly understand. Bestiality tends to present a form of exploitation on the part of humans directed at other species. In theory it could be quite different - someday humanity may manufacture sapient machines, genetically engineer new species of equivelent mental capabilities, or even come into contact with extraterrestrial species who qualify as people and are able to give consent - but in lieu of that my stance in favour of animal rights rules out the example you've provided, no?
