Sorry for the delay people, I guess I've just been unhealthily influenced by waiting to vote on all the bills during my time as speaker Tongue But I do think it's a good thing to wait for a while in case unforseen problems come up. That said, I'm now happy to sign this bill, and believe it will be a step forward for farmers in this country.
