Sorry. Let's change that question, shall we?

You did not think that by pardoning yourself, that it would erase the effects of creating multiple accounts?

I believe I already answered the question.

Here is the best I can do: I did not think of any future engagements I might have with the Court before issuing that pardon, no, and I can't imagine why I would have.

And I'll append to the quote that I did not believe I committed a crime, and continue to feel that way, and therefore it did not cross my mind that I would need to be pardoned.

Your Honor, may jurors ask questions?

If so, I would like to ask the prosecution whether the poster known as Ogis/Tyrion has, at any point in time, had two or more accounts registered on the Atlasian voter rolls simultaneously. That point seems critical to me, and it never seems to have been directly addressed.

I second that...

May I sum up the case for the defence, your honour?

It is typically against the courtroom decorum to permit a juror to ask a question; however, I cannot find any law actually forbidding it and have decided to allow it given the question pertains strictly a clarification of the facts of the case.

After Ogis's response, you may call you next witness if you have any, and you and/or the prosecutor may decide to recall any past witness to the stand if he has additional questions.

This is a kindly reminder for all individuals not directly involved in the case to take their extraneous comments elsewhere and delete them, else they will be held in Contempt of Court in accordance with Section 2 of the Contempt of Court Act. This is a federal court proceeding and I will not tolerate politicking in my courtroom. Willful violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If those in the audience have applicable concerns, please address them via PM. Thank you.

I have not, to the best of my knowledge.

I have no further questions, your honour.

Given my recent nomination to a federal cabinet poster my active role in this trial must now cease else run the risk of a serious conflict of interest. I wish to remind the Jury of several things. The first is the principle case for the defence, made by myself earlier in the trial. You will note that the prosecution has failed to refute any of the points raised therein. You may take this as a tacit acknowledgment by the prosecution that a conviction in this case would not be constitutionally sound and as such would likely be a miscarriage of justice. Secondly, you will note the articulate and honest manner in which my client gave evidence and the failure of the prosecution to demonstrate his guilt of the crimes of which he is accused. Thirdly, I would like to point out that the conventional standard of proof in the common law systems from which the justice system of Atlasia is ultimately derived is very high. It is widely accepted that a jury should only find a defendant guilty in a criminal trial if they believe that the defendant is guilty beyond all reasonable doubt, and that not only must evidence be produced by the prosecution of a guilty act, but that the prosecution must prove a guilty mind. As such I believe that the case for the acquittal of my client is overwhelming.

Your honour, I rest my case.

It' been over a week and I've only been able to discuss with one of my fellow jurors. No idea what the other three are doing. I also have PMed Your Honor, to no avail.

Personally, my mind is made up, and I would like to be relieved from jury duty as soon as possible, so I'd appreciate some instructions from Your Honor.

I would like to apologize all those involved in this Court Case. I just started university and I had some activity issues in the last weeks. I will discuss with Antonio and others and I believe that we can have an answer as soon as possible.
