Would you rather live in Norway or Tennessee?

Are people under the impression that the weather is nice here? Because it's the worst part about living here. I'll withhold judgement on the question at hand because I've never visited Norway. I've heard the fjords are beautiful, though and I'd love to see them one day. The language barrier would probably be a challenge as well. Even though many (most?) people speak English, not being a native speaker of the local language is a difficult thing. One is forever a foreigner.

Scandanavia is really overrated. What a boring bunch of countries (I have very low expectations for Sweden when I go in May). I like the black Southern culture present and the jazz scene in Memphis and Nashville. More diversity in those parts.
