No. I'm white and do not live in a police state.

Almost, but I ran away very fast and my "crime" wasn't remotely serious enough for five-o to bother launching a national manhunt.

I ran away after they spotted me while I was jaywalking. They gave up pretty quickly.

They rather wouldn't arrest me for that, just give a ticket.

No, but I very nearly was when I was a teenager. I only got out of it due to very clearly but non-threateningly asserting my rights and informing the policeman of the reality of a situation he was not made aware of by the person who called. In retrospect, I was probably really lucky the policeman was a reasonable guy.

Not to my knowledge. Been breathalyzed and had to wait in a cop car to get picked up. Long story. It's the reason I've been sober the vast majority of time since July 30th.

LOL, I absolutely cracked up at you starting that with "Not to my knowledge."

Yeah, you're lucky you weren't shot at the spot. After all, you might have had a weapon on you.

Can't bee to cautious these days, you know.

Yeah, I was a 14-year-old Middle Eastern kid at the time, but this was pre-9/11.

The issue was over sneaking into a movie. I had a ticket, my friend who snuck in did not, but the manager who called the cops didn't bother to make that distinction when he sent the cop in.

No.  Never even had handcuffs put on me in anger.  Despite looking like a bum, I treat cops like I treat all humans (with respect) and thus never get hassled by them (and I've had more than my share of interaction with them).
