This increases the likelihood that Jeb can grind it out Romney-style.

For the record, those conservatives who were and are upset that Barack Obama was not qualified to be president because of his assumed birth in Kenya (he was born in Hawaii, FWIW) either cannot support Ted Cruz because he was born in Canada, but has one American parent, or must immediately drop the illogical and stupid witch-hunt that is the birther movement.  Sadly, I foresee a big double standard coming forth by our conservative friends.  I'm not a fan of Obama's presidency, but I have always defended and will always defend his legitimacy and qualifications to be President of the United States.

Cruz could have been born on the Moon, it doesn't matter. The birther "movement" is against Obama because of his skin color. That's literally all that is.

Plenty of these birthers support Ben Carson. It's about xenophobia, not skin color. If there's a Democrat in or close to the White House, Republicans will come up with a conspiracy theory about him/her, using whatever is available. Obama gave them this opportunity by living outside the US as a child. With Cruz it doesn't matter because he's a right-wing nationalist Republican and therefore a true American Patriot.

Where can we sign up to donate to his campaign? Dare I say it, but I may troll and vote for him in the Republican caucus here in Missouri (while wearing my Hillary for President T-shirt).

Donald Trump isn't sure that Cruz is eligible for the presidency:

Anyone who announces before October deserves to lose.

LOLOLOLOL

Obama, who had no primary challenger waiting in the wings, announced his reelection run in April 2011. Every 2012 candidate, yes, even Rick Perry, announced before October of the year before the election. So did every 2008 candidate, yes, even Fred Thompson.

So, by this, you're saying that some obscure third partier should win. LOLOLOLOL.

Anyone who uses "LOLOLOLOL" twice in one post, deserves to be banned.

Why did Cruz model his campaign logo on the Al Jazeera logo?:

I'm confused - is that flag supposed to be on fire, or crying?

It's on fire, along with the rest of the world:

Cruz is one of the best speakers I have ever seen or heard.

He would be absolutely phenomenal in Presidential debates.

Politico calls Cruz "Hillary's wrecking ball." I'm inclined to agree.
