Obviously President Obama is more liberal than President Clinton.

WJC has certainly mellowed away from much, though not all, of his moderate hero nonsense.  I look forward to Obama's post-presidential policy positions.

Obama (duh). A much better question would be if Obama would still be more liberal if they switched places (meaning, Obama being president in the 90s and Clinton as president now.)

He accomplished what the Clintons tried, Health Care Reform.  Eventhough, the rollout was bad, it will become an even better law as time goes by.

Basically a draw on domestic policy, with Obama somewhat further right than Clinton on foreign policy, and far further right than Clinton on civil liberties.

Probably Obama.  Both are more liberal than any Republican since the New Deal (the only completely objective cutoff to start seriously using the terms "liberal" and "conservative" in the ways we use them now).
