According to this only 2.2% of Muslims voted for McCain in 08 yet I've read that Bush won the Muslim vote in 2000 (can't find any reliable data.) I wonder if that would represent the largest shift of any demographic.

The book Race, Religion, and the American presidency by Gaston Espinosa states that about fifty percent of Muslims voted for Bush while a third voted Gore and a sizable Nader vote. The book also states, however, that a majority of Muslims identified as Democrats even in 2000, and Bill Clinton carried the Muslim vote in 1996. There is no known data before 1996 on how US Muslims voted.

My guess is that the black Muslims might have leaned Democratic which led to them being the majority but more Arab Muslims leaned Republican.
