Well? I'm talking about in terms of things like 'Conservative', 'Liberal', 'Moderate', etc.

Wikipedia has a list here that might be helpful for this exercise.

Regarding ideology:
Social democrat (the most fitting)
Social liberal (I don't think I'm too economic left to be considered "liberal" in some sense)
Progressive (a little vague though)

Regarding issues:
Feminist
Secularist
Green
I support these causes, but no one issue is central enough to my beliefs so I identify moreso with broad ideologies like "social democracy" instead of issue-based ones.

The best 5 out of that Wikipedia list for me are economic liberalism, market liberalism, classic liberalism, libertarianism, individualism.

Old-School Social Democrat (In the tradition of Hansson, Erlander, Gaitskell, Schmidt, Drees etc. as well as SDUSA, my only reservation in this regards is that I generally prefer the German model of health-care over single-payer)
American Paleoliberal (The best descriptor in an American context, fitting in generally with the mainstream current of New Deal liberalism from 1932 to the 1970s as represented by FDR, Truman, Humphrey, Scoop Jackson, and the like. Its main drawback is that in the current context it will be confused with American Third Way liberalism of Clinton and Obama or the Progressivism of Bernie Sanders, both of which I have significant disagreements with)
Left-wing Christian Democrat (Again a largely extinct brand of politics, although I'm far more unhesitant about the social market economic model than full social democracy. Best represented by the CDU/CSU of 1949 to the early 1970s)

Issues:
Republican (In the small "r" sense although I'm not very dogmatic about this)
Neo-Keynesian (On economics)
Liberal Internationalist (On foreign policy)
Labour Zionist
Anthropocentric Environmentalist (The main goal of environmentalism should be the interests of humanity not of some random species of salmon due to which we cannot build hydroelectric dams or whatever)
Culturally Traditionalist (Doesn't mean I support crude state-based "solutions" to victimless crimes like pornography, fornication, divorce etc. but the Western tradition is something worth upholding and assimilating our immigrants to. Multiculturalism is obvious folly)
Liberal Feminist (Focus on the big issues such as sexual assault, spousal abuse not on "sexism in video games" or whatever, also pro-life)

If there's one principle I'll always stand by, its that one should always look to help and advance family members and friends in life, even if it is to the exclusion of those not tied to you by kinship or friendship.

This exactly.  And I think your confused jumble of beliefs might be somewhat similar to mine, based on those of your posts that I've read.

A mix of:

Christian Democracy (mostly left wing version)
Distributionism
Environmentalism
Patriotism
Feminism (liberal version)

Combined with residual elements of cultural conservatism from my ancestors and an affinity for Zionism and moderate Nativism.

As a Scandinavian my worldview is deeply influenced by Social Democracy despite not identifying with that ideology.
