Regarding ideology:
Social democrat (the most fitting)
Social liberal (I don't think I'm too economic left to be considered "liberal" in some sense)
Progressive (a little vague though)

Regarding issues:
Feminist
Secularist
Green
I support these causes, but no one issue is central enough to my beliefs so I identify moreso with broad ideologies like "social democracy" instead of issue-based ones.
