Obama got 44.45% of the vote in AZ in 2012. Some say Hillary is a better fit for the state, but she is polling poorly with seniors.

Higher.  Obama ran against an Arizonan the first time and a Mormon the second time.  Also, Hispanic turnout may increase, and Clinton is popular among Hispanics.
