Tbh Rubio, rather understandably seems to have given up on the Senate. Unlike Cruz or Paul he never used it to crusade his points, and he's not in the mould of a senate dealer.

I need to learn a lot more about the rules. I can tell you that the Super-PAC is not the problem, it's that his parents and Ami Bera's parents coalesced in a donor swap that may be illegal.

Is Rubio's poll lead purely because of his name recognition?

Also I'm not sure how much Money Rubio has, or his Super-Pac has but it's a lot more difficult than just jumping back in
