Divorce alone doesn't implicate adultery.

The attack ads write themselves if Rubio decides to get back in. He's probably just enjoying the extended media focus. If not, and he loses, he's out of politics forever. Better to sit out and wait, either run for POTUS again in 2020, or Governor sometime in the future.
