Eastern Oregon is currently a very backward part of the region and needs our assistance. The construction of said stadium will bring a much need stimulus to Grant County and Eastern Oregon as a whole. Public popularity in sports is never ceasing and so I beg legislators, in the interests of the public good and harmony, to support this bill.

I applaud the initiative shown by Gully Foyle and the Transcendental Democrats to help out an ailing part of our region.

The Council is now going into voting procedure on this legislation. Councilors have 48 hours to cast their votes.
