If Walker is doing that well in NH already, his likely Iowa win will probably push him over the top. Bush doesn't play all that well in the earliest states.

Suffolk is bad at choosing which states to poll (they stopped polling FL/VA 3 weeks before 11/6/12 because they thought it was Safe Romney), but their actual polls aren't that bad.

Here are the full results:

It looks like they did this poll in a somewhat unusual way.  At first, they didn't read a list of names.  They just asked who would be your first choice for the Republican nomination, and let the poll respondent come up with a name.  45% of respondents offered a name, while the other 55% said they didn't know.  Then they prompted those 55% of "undecided" voters by reading a list of names of candidates (Bolton, Bush, Carson, Christie...).  Then they took the total number of responses for each candidate, combining those that were prompted and those that were unprompted, and reported that as the result for the candidate.  I think this creates a bit of a bias towards candidates with higher name recognition, as compared to polls that read out the candidate list right off the bat.

Also, according to this poll, a plurality of GOP primary voters in NH consider themselves pro-choice, and a plurality support legalizing SSM:

With respect to the abortion issue, would you consider yourself to be pro-choice or pro- life?
pro-choice 49%
pro-life 41%

Do you favor or oppose legalizing same-sex marriage?
favor 43%
oppose 39%
