She's actually not completely wrong about this when you realize she is talking about developing nations, but the added drama of conflict and instability is pretty ridiculous. It's not likely to be even remotely widespread. As if this is every woman's second option. Where are the males going to be getting the money in this economy damaged beyond repair?

Climate change is going to disproportionately harm poor people, and women are disproportionately poor, so in that sense she's not wrong. It's just a bizarre way to talk about it.

The majority of men cannot sell sexual favors for money for fairly obvious reasons. If men were in that situation, they'd likely resort to other black market transactions such as drugs or weapons or reselling stolen goods.
