Presumably, it would mean that a Republican really screwed up.

I'd be a bit concerned because I disagree with Biden on policy, but at least his character flaws aren't that bad.

Biden's fairly old-school as Democrats go. I wouldn't say centrist per se, but I would trust him enough to steer this country back towards the center.

But yeah, if this happens, clearly the Republicans blew it and four years of Biden might be the better option to four years of Huckabee/Jindal/Paul.
