Yeah, this sort of thing is probably going to be almost exclusively bought by restaurants and served in paper-thin slices, as I dunno, an appetizer with fresh mozzarella or something.  The point isn't to be a cost-effective source of calories, it's to be a concentrated source of flavor, where you can use just a little and get a big effect.

I'm sure those giant slabs of lox they have in bagel shops are pretty expensive, too.

Yes, if that piece is actually $400 then it would represent many, many meals worth of ham (of course the ham would be eaten with other things). If it's say, 100 meals worth, $4 per meal isn't that ridiculous.

I'll get back on the Revolution tomorrow. I did nothing wrong at Best Buy. I don't feel bad at all. Plus, oakvale, it's Black Friday. It's no fun to be communist this weekend. I wanted to enjoy my shopping spree with the $400 ham I wanted to eat and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.  If you don't like it, then shut up and let me live my life.  I am still following the challenges Marx set forth.  Yes, I had a slip up tonight, but I have not completely blown it.
