I'm also accepting absentee ballots for the Regional races here.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Absentee Voting for the April 22nd Pacific Regional Elections are now open.

To be eligible to vote, you must have registered to vote at least 10 days prior to this election (before April 12, 2005).

Preferential voting is in effect for these elections.  If your first preference does not receive enough votes, your vote will be counted for your second preference.  Candidates are eliminated until one candidate has a majority of votes.  You are not required to rank all of the candidates in any vote that applies to you.  If you do not wish to cast a first preference vote for a ballot candidate or write-in a choice, you may abstain.

Example
[1] Vanilla
[2] Chocolate
[3] Strawberry

Check your vote carefully before posting!
Votes that have been edited after posting OR reposted are invalid.

I do not wish to make any amendments to my proposal.

And I wish once again to propose a flag like Proposal A, but with a second identical star in the lower left corner.

Okay guys, as soon as the voting to ratify the Constitution ends in two days, I'll put up the vote on Lewis's bill and the flag proposal.  So if anyone wants to debate these or put forward a flag design, do so now.  Thank you.

Well, ya'll have hade about a week to come up with flag designs.  I am going to open the voting booth for these two proposals tonight at around 12 PDT, so please submit any new designs by then.  Thank you.
