Actually, Lief, I just played an April Fool's joke on my mother.  I called her just about 40 minutes ago and told her I had quit because they had shorted my paychecks the past two weeks, but that I had an interview tomorrow at 1400.  That was partly an April Fool's joke.  The first half of that is not true, I still do have the job and will be going in again 0400-1230 tomorrow morning.  What was true, however, is I still do have that interview at 1400 tomorrow.  I called her back about 15 minutes after we hung up and gave her the truth.

I know, that's a dirty trick to play on your mother, but I had an April Fool's joke played on me today, and I wanted to have a little fun!

It wasn't really a prank though. He was simply using April Fools Day as a free lying day to tell her about the interview at 1400 without actually letting his parents know he is going to quit this job.

I bet his fantasy right now as he's falling asleep tonight will be "haha, you know about that job interview i made up? well it was real and I GOT IT. no more packing meat for this Bushie! I'm going to be making $$$ in a totally real opportunity selling pet rocks."

Suggestion for one way Mama Bushie could put the kabosh on the porn thing...

Pull the plug on the porno subscription and give him a porno magazine with the note attached: if you can use my money to buy porn, you can use my porn.

Mama Bushie just symbolically walked in on every erotic Bushietime until he's with someone.

I also realized Erotic BushieTime is EBT...so people on welfare might spend less knowing every time they buy they have to push the Erotic BushieTime button and swipe their Erotic Bushietime Card through it.  Cash back?  Oh God yes.  Receipt? Please no.

Jesus basically said... You're a gullible, slobby, weakling who couldn't keep a commandment if it literally worshipped you.  But you believed in me and never stopped...because you held out hope in utter hopelessness.  So I will make you the foundation of my church.

Maybe we all see hope in Bushie because he represents hope in the face of hopelessness.  That is attractive to all of us.
