Would Vice President Joe Biden do the second-best in the Midwest over the GOP in 2016, due to the fact he has Roman Catholic blue-collar roots that could appeal to states like Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc, just how he helped Obama in those states in 2008 and 2012?
