I said 7 at some point before the midterms, but after Tennant failed to win a single county, I'll be surprised if Hillary wins >5.  I'll guess she wins 4.

Outside shot in Monongalia County as Hillary seems to be a better fit for surrounding Southwest PA than Obama. Dems are done in the coalfields so forget McDowell, Mingo, Boone etc.

WVU is the major thing on the Dem's side in Monongalia.   Brooke I think is more the sort of place you are describing among places that were plausibly close enough in 2012.

Aren't the Clintons aiming regaining the strength Bill had in these kinds of states? If so, maybe she'll be able to carry a few counties, though I don't think she'll be able to win here.
