Doesn't her leasing of campaign space require her to announce sooner rather than later? And there is no way she is announcing in Arkansas.

Right, and wouldn't she want to avoid skirting FEC law especially given the fact that she has come under scrutiny for not following rules? Also if it's going to be some other state (as opposed to an early state), it will be in NY.

I suspect it will be a video followed by a formal announcement in New York, at Madison Square Garden or some large venue.

She could try to explode the internet by just saying to someone filming her on the street that she is running for president and waiting for it to spread from there. The media would be pissed off, but it would probably generate a lot of hype.

According to Bloomberg she leased the campaign headquarters on April 1 (which would support an earlier Guardian article that this was the date pencilled in to be the operational start date for the campaign). If that's the case she has till April 16 to announce by FEC rules. Even if this weren't the case I can't see her announcing later that April 20: her team will want to optimise this fundraising quarter.

I'll predict April 14: Equal Pay Day is better symbolism than Tax Day.

Surprise tweet/video followed by an Upstate New York announcement (in Seneca if she wants to go really bold) and immediate trips to Iowa and New Hampshire.

I'm not really a fan of Hillary, but she'd be far preferable to me than Lizzy Warren.  America does not need a hardcore liberal running the ship.
