My main concern is that the government acts to ensure the maintenance of a safe and secure society by combating crime and winkling out or at least containing various social problems, whilst at the same time doing this in a responsible manner, thus leaving me with a free hand to pursue my own interests and to try and be of service to those whom I care about or am positively inclined towards. If I was in a more cynical mood, I would simply say;
