Greens leading Wolseley and St James

Some of the NDP current leads are in strong PC ridings. However I assume most of the polls are not from a true representative  of the riding (ie First Nation Reserves) . Most of the the polls come from small polls (ie under 50 votes)

Manitoba is on track to be the fourth province with a Green member of the legislature. Surprisingly, he isn't the leader.

The Pas is the biggest surprise so far. The NDP just won the seat in a by-election.

Amanda Lathlin ahead by 20 votes.  34/59 polls reporting.  I believe the byelection started off close as well.

Well, Liberals won 2 seats. River Heights with former leader an incumbent Jon Gerrard and a gain over NDP in Burrows by the daughter of Kevin Lamoureux.

They also lead in the North, in Kewatinook (Churchill).

Had the gang of five not ganged up, the NDP probably would have won around 20 seats and 30-35% of the vote.

It's actually good news for the NDP if Ashton loses his seat. By all accounts he is a psychopath and if he won his seat he might have tried to be leader for the third time

Steve Ashton is regarded to have a somewhat difficult personality, but I can't imagine that he's a psychopath.

Possible leadership contenders among the MLAs
1.Kevin Chief
2.Andrew Swan
3.James Allum
4.Wab Kinew or Nahanni Fontaine
5.Rob Altemeyer?  (If elected)

Theresa Oswald said on the CBC that she won't run for leader.  She said she's moved on from electoral politics.

I was watching the Global News feed when it crashed on me.  I did not leave it because the moderator of the panel is a right wing moron (anybody know who that is?)

She spoke to the media, around the same time as Greg was making his speech.
I believe she has made no decision about her future.
