Nope, but I will soon once I have my body fat percentage down to where I want it.

I'm unfortunately blessed with disgustingly wide hips though, so I don't even know if it will be worth it. Maybe the effeminate twink look will be just as successful.

Since I don't go to a gym or do any conventional exercises, I voted no.

But I have to walk up and down a mile and a half hill every day (no car), which is exercise inherently.

And since I'm underweight by a good country mile anyway, I feel no guilt.

Yeah, mainly running, although I don't compete or anything. I do it to stay in shape and out of habit.

I try to walk my dog for about an hour each day and run by myself when he's too tired out. I guess I'd consider persistent daily exercise as working out, so I voted yes.

As for the OP, I work out pretty religiously Monday through Friday, but I often find that my friends and I will find ourselves drunk by Saturday afternoon/into the evening and then absolutely beat by Sunday ... so, I skip those days, haha.

I do Yoga twice a week and I've joined my uni's aerobics class. Sheffield is hilly as hell though, and I walk everywhere so I won't get too out of shape...

FF.

Anyway, about a year ago near the end of high school I actually worked at the one gym in town, and was getting into damn good shape. I haven't worked out much recently but I now live within walking distance to a YMCA, so I'm hoping to rectify that very soon.

I walk/take transit everywhere day in and day out and do about 30 mins of cardio a day. I hate running but try to get at least a little bit of that in each week as well. I also do some strength training but admittedly not as much as I would like. Thinking about taking up some light yoga...

No, even though it'd definitely not be the worst thing for my freakingly thinnish body
I'm not out of shape and not exhausted easily - I walk reasonable distances each day, play tennis at least once a week, go running once or twice a week, but I'd not really consider this all really work out. I guess this works well for my health, but not really on the aesthetics department - I'm far too lazy for doing any properly work-out-ish stuff though... Tongue

No, but I go mountainbiking quite often between spring and fall, as well as mountainhiking.

Yes, depending on how you define regularly (not everyday, but usual 1-3 times per week, plus I ride 10-20 kilometers on bicycle everyday). But I'm still overweight.

Actually, when the weather is nice I suppose I do walk around quite a bit. But I don't lift weights, do push ups, go to the gym, or anything like that, so I would still answer no to the question.

Cooking Chinese food counts as exercise now?
