So are you indicate that Italian are not a Romance language, that Italian also have some kind of Slavic political ethics or that Berlusconi simply are too honest to be compared to those terrible Slavic politicians?

I think the suggestion of that link is that Slavic political ethics are no worse than Romance-language country political ethics.
