Yes/No.

I've always thought life in prison is worse then death to begin with.

The crime says he should, but at the same time we don't want give him his desire of becoming a martyr.

It's close, but I think the answer is  Yes/No

Yes/No. Normally I would be applying to be the one pulling the trigger, but that'd be giving him what he wanted.

Voted "no/no".

I'm not really sure what the Jury will do, but I think he should spend the rest of his life in prison.

The death penalty is to be opposed on all fronts, even for terrorists.

The death penalty and revenge justice is not appropriate underany circumstance.

This is the city of Boston we're talking about. It's a trial held in Boston, by a Bostonian, with a jury of Bostonians, of a terrorist that attacked Boston.

Will is not a question here. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will get the death penalty.

Nope, but the terrorist was charged for a federal crime and the US as a country still has the death penalty.

He should, but he won't. There'll be a few holdouts on the jury. There's already evidence of this in that it took them longer than expected to convict. It is Boston, after all.

This is exactly the sort of case I think the death penalty should be reserved for. Hopefully the jury agrees.

The death penalty and revenge justice is not appropriate underany circumstance.

Bullsh**t.

The death penalty is plenty appropriate for mass murderers, rapists, and other such people who prove that they're incapable of living in society as human beings rather than animals. I don't care if it's 'revenge' justice. The punishment should fit the crime, and death is warranted for all those who engage in activities which inflict harm upon society itself.

That being said, I oppose the imposition of the death penalty by the United States government, so obviously I don't think Tsarnaev or anyone else currently sitting on death row should be executed. Not because some of them aren't guilty, but because the United States government does not have the kind of moral high ground necessary to pull the trigger, tighten the noose, or flip the switch.

I do think he'll end up getting it, which is unfortunate because he'll be yet another case the U.S. government can point to and say that 'justice was served' all the while it continues to create the conditions which produce terrorists like Tsarnaev at home and abroad.

Most likely/Yes, he deserves it.

Even though I usually oppose the death penalty, it's hard for me to argue that he doesn't deserve it.
