An orphan Brazilian boy to a Portuguese mother and a Ukranian father adopted by a nice African American family in suburban DC, SimilioFão is a huge admirer of African American culture and history.  Very emotional and expressive, Similio is always sassing others about the need to be skeptical and question authority.  He is not a Christian but often uses the Bible, thanks to his Baptist upbringing, to prove his point.
