I don't see Tom Vilsack running for president since Hillary Clinton is in 2016; but if she did not run in 2016, and Vilsack ran, how would he do against all the GOP contenders?

He'd get slaughtered. Being in a Obama cabinet will be fatal in 2016 (unless you're Hillary Julian Castro, or Anthony Foxx)

Vilsack vs. Bush-Vilsack runs a lackluster campaign. African-American and Latino turnout are down by 6%, and turnout in the general election is low. Jeb Bush runs a spirited campaign, and beats Vilsack by 5% in the popular vote.
