i say worse.

he isnt a negro, but he would take a much tougher stance on climate change/coal and guns than obama did.

Chafee is the stereotype of a blue-blooded northeastern wasp so he probably will get crushed in West Virginia probably same % as Obama perhaps even a little lower

This is 2016 not 1988, it's much much harder for a Democrat to get elected in West Virginia. The only Democrat who I could see winning the state out of our candidates is Jim Webb and even then he'd find it hard.

Oh and don't throw Joe Manchin at me, he's the exception.
