Why doesn't he care about Alaska and Hawaii? Maybe it's to appeal to the birthers who don't believe Hawaii is part of the U.S.? Smiley

Well, let's face it, when you think of Alaska, what/whom do you automatically think of? This is clearly him throwing the Queen of the Tea Party under the bus. Patriots, revolt!

When you think of Hawaii, it's the (alleged) birth place of the illegitimate Kenyan in the White House.

Perhaps this was his thinking for excluding these two states. LOL
