I would appreciate some elaboration from the Governor as to how Mr Poirot and his presence constitute a threat to public health.

I don't care for Mr Griffin's word choice with respect to the Governor at all, but I still would prefer further clarification as to how 'bronyism' or 'ponyism' are legally defined and what threat to public health and safety it is meant to constitute.

Gentlemen, based on my understanding, Poirot is not a threat to the public health or safety of the Pacific.  Therefore he cannot be barred from entering the Pacific or face any criminal charges for having done so.
