judging by the way the passive way he ran the senate the past nine years, it's not evident that harry reid ever gave any f**ks about anything.

Harry Reid was terrible, guys. In general, corrupt and mean. As the Democrats leader, single-handedly squandered the 2008 election.
2008 was an EXCELLENT year for democrats.....

Yes, but by clinging to the cloture rule, he let Republicans freeze the chamber for months at a time.

To be fair, it's not that Reid personally was so fond of the filibuster but that old-school Democrats like Levin, Feinstein and Leahy resisted any change.

I have it on good authority that Harry Reid beats his wife. Glad he's leaving the Senate. No place for a Hezbollah donor like Reid.

I have it on good authority that Harry Reid has adopted 30 orphans, personally volunteered for the last 30 years at a DC homeless shelter, and punched John Boehner in the face.

Judging by what happened to his face, it looks Reid took the worst of that exchange with Boehner.

Trey Gowdy is a pretty fair person.  He would never say that.  His investigations are not witchhunts. No Republican could ever get away with making a baseless accusation like Reid did to Romney ,and they shouldn't be able to.  The problem is, having the D after your name allows you to skirt the standard

Conehead has done nothing but witch hunts, and he's the new Darrell Issa. He continues to pursue a debunked Internet myth and exploit a terror attack for political gain.
