Opinion of Owsley county Kentucky?

That's one of the counties in eastern KY/western WV/NE Tennessee that the charity I work for operates in.

I haven't had the privilege to participate in our programs outside of the Chicago area, but from the others who have been down there say it's unbelievable depressing, almost no different from the parts of Guatemala, Ecuador, or Peru that we also work in (other than everyone being white and speaking English).

Politics aside, FC. They desperately need help. It's hard not to feel bad for them
