Honestly, I don't think it is necessary.
What will change with posting a sign indicating that the employees of the workplace are union members? I don't like the idea and I don't think that people will buy or not the various products only because of union labor.

The Cranberry's idea is better than the original text, but it won't change so much for me in the final vote.
