Wyoming is paradise (in areas with 4G at least). I can count the number of better places to just kick back and relax on one hand.

I couldn't do it full-time as I need a good major metro, but as a vacation even for say a month? Perfect.

Idaho is bland as it gets.

Idaho because it has the Mormon areas (such as Rexburg) and the Panhandle.

Wyoming doesn't seem to have much outside of Yellowstone, and it raised Dick Cheney.

This, but I would imagine that both state are beautiful.  Wyoming has more cowboys, too.
