I rewatched the movie "Kinsey" a few weeks ago and I thought I'd bring his scale to the most frequently polled place I know.

In terms of desire (and not experience, since knowing this forum there would be almost no responses), what is your number on the Kinsey Scale?

Almost anyone with any knowledge of the study of gender and sexuality knows that the Kinsey scale is bunk.

Even a rudimentary knowledge of statistical methods should allow people to see that the Kinsey scale is junk pseudo-science.

I got a three on the quiz.

And yes I know Kinsey tests are somewhere below Buzzfeed quizzes in terms of scientific usefulness, but eh, it's a bit of fun.

I don't really believe much in the Kinsey scale (nor do I believe much in the scale approach - I get some people fall along a scale but I doubt that's true for everyone). Got a 0 on the test.

I got the same thing. That quiz is weird, like it can't imagine a normal person might be hesitant toward a threesome/orgy regardless of the sex of the partners.  And what has whether you want to take the submissive position has to do with homo/heterosexuality?
