In Austria's case, the HYPO/HETA bad bank is now mostly factored into the 2014 numbers.

The deficit (incl. HYPO/HETA) was 2.4% of GDP and 1.0% without it.

Austrian debt due to the bad bank increased by 13.4 Bio. € or to 84.5% of GDP.

Without the bad bank debt, the debt level would have actually decreased from 80.9% in 2013 to 80.4% in 2014.
