I actually really love hockey. I think it's the most enjoyable among all the major sports. The only time I really get engaged with and excited about hockey is during the Winter Olympics. As much as one can enjoy a sport, there's also a huge social component to sports fandom. Basketball is just terribly boring to me, so I have zero interest in the NBA (and I really can't even feign interest).
