Two great states IMO, but Illinois of course comes out on top because Chicagoland is the best.

Also Sconnies need to learn how to drive in a proper fashion.

This tho. The worst.

Had to think about this for awhile. Minnesota over either state easily though. I prefer Wisconsin's weather and their scenery is better in the rural areas. I've always wanted to have a cabin on a lake in the woods; something I can't really have in Illinois. But voted Illinois because I live here and Chicago's not bad.

The correct answer is to live in Chicago and rent a cabin on a lake in Wisconsin every summer for canoeing, grilling, and drinking Spotted Cow.

Chicago is awesome and I'd love to live there, but only if I don't have to get Illinois plates which makes you a FIB. Rest of the state is really boring. So I'm gonna go with Wisconsin.

Illinois is probably my favorite state outside of Michigan, so I'll have to go with them.

But Wisconsin is awesome, too.

Also Sconnies need to learn how to drive in a proper fashion.

You mean about 17 mph over the speed limit passing a line of cars in the shoulder like at least one person does every time I drive through Chicago Tongue

Illinois is clearly one of our greatest states.  Also, it's the home state of the President Cool

Wisconsin, for being a beautiful state and for being one of the birthplaces of American radicalism. Would have voted Illinois, but I mean you can't beat a state that literally elected more socialists than any other.

The flow of traffic on Chicago expressways is 20-25 over because the 55mph speed limit is laughable and people want to move efficiently.

Move over, Cheesehead. Smiley

Ignoring Chicago's radical past and the fact that Wisconsin today elects a higher number of conservative politicians.
