Good. Baker should be allowed to run unopposed.

A Republican run unopposed for statewide office in Massachusetts?

Not saying it's likely, just saying it's what should happen.

Wow, I knew his approvals were high, but I didn't realize it was 100%!

LaRouche is from NH. Maybe he should pull a reverse Scott Brown.

The election should definitely be canceled and Baker should be declared Governor for the life. It's his god given right and he must not be disturbed.

Wulfric is one of those people who, as long as he's appeased by his need for "moderation", he would have Hitler or Stalin as a leader.

Not Funny. (And obviously Not True.)

Furthermore, anyone who doesn't like Baker is nothing but a democratic hack who would literally support a hamster for governor as long as it has a D next to its name.

Democrats can have legitimate gripes about Baker. He's already in hot water with unions and workers over his proposed transportation agency overhaul.

Just like how it's perfectly acceptable for Republicans to have complaints about people like Dave Freudenthal and Brad Henry.

He's been governor for ... what, four months?

Wulfric's comments in this thread are honestly a little worrying. Even if literally everybody reasonable approves of the job Baker is doing--which isn't the case--they might still like somebody else better, and it's absolute nonsense to say that they shouldn't be given the opportunity to make that determination.

I'm never comfortable with uncontested elections. And yes, this includes the Democratic Congressmen in this state who keep winning by 95% margins over scatterings of write-ins.
