First of all akno very nice scenario. I enjoy the reading the new posts. This is not as good as Randy Jones for President, but nothing could be that good. Smiley

Second, I really don't care when or if I am brought up in  this fine little story, so when my times comes you can boost some of the more "anctious" people up infront of me. Seeing that chances are nil I will ever run for President, I don't really care. Smiley

Tax Man to Run for President
by James Garibaldi Third-Party Watch

Lynchburg, Virginia- It finally has occurred, a third party candidate has entered the race for President in this year of 2032, and a big name candidate at that. Noted tax expert and owner of A18 Incorporated, Phillip A. has entered the race for President as the nominee of “The Tax Freedom Party.”

The controversial business owner and tax commentator decided last Thursday to take a stab at the Oval Office, because he has attacked all past administrations on their tax policies. “President Leip is a left-winged Socialist plain and simple,” Phillip told the press as he announced his candidacy for President, “He has raised the tax rate 25% and made the Inheritance Tax legal once again. This left-winged government must be brought down no matter what the costs are in the upcoming campaign!”

Describing the Republican and Democratic Parties as “two heads on the same big government coin” he accepted the nomination of the fledgling Tax Freedom Party. In 2028, the small party garnered only .012% (98,720 votes) of the national popular vote running the Chairman of the former Constitution Party Jake Nichols of Pennsylvania.

A18, a self-made billionaire, is expected to garner 2-5% of the popular vote as he tries to sell his ideas in a national flat tax and a clean-up of the Federal Reserves.

Attorney General in General Election?
by H. Norman Brewster, Terre Haut Times

Terre Haut, Indiana - In what may be one of the biggest surprises of the upcoming 2032 Campaign, Leip Administration Attorney General Peter Bell has entered the race for President. “I have seen many enter this race,” Bell told a small number of reporters as he announced his intentions to seek the White House, “And all are men who I consider ignorant to the constitutional crisis that is around the corner. Whether it be the chaos that occurred when just 7sevean states last year tried instant run-off voting (IRV) or the current political football game being played over the Marriage Equity Act of 2029.”

Bell, born in the United Kingdom, became famous for his successful defense of the voting rights of several undocumented immigrants before the Supreme Court in 2025. The case, The State of Tennessee vs. Guernaco (one of the undocumented immigrants arguing for renewed voting rights) won Bell national fame and was the obvious choice for President Leip’s Attorney General.

Bell has decided, in another surprise, to seek the Presidency as an independent. Stating, “President Leip has shown that an independent can be quite an effective manger of both his Cabinet and the Congress.” Potential running mates for him have yet to be hypothesized, but some say that Representatives Joe Republic of Ohio or Zach Leh of Pennsylvania. Bell declared, “My infant campaign still needs organization and money, a running mate is a very low priority as of right now.”

In a few historical footnotes, this is the first time in American history where cabinet members of the same administration will be running against each other. Defense Secretary Daniel Dunn and Vice-President Gustaf Lundregen have already thrown their hats into the ring. Second of all is that this is only the second time since 2008 that a person from Indiana has ran for President of the United States. As we all know, that last man was former President Evan Bayh.

Second-Buckeye-nana?
by Cindy DeSoto Cincinnati Times

CINCINNATI- Congressman Joe Delaney, a self-described “independent centrist, cynical optimist”, of the great state of Ohio made a shocking announcement yesterday, seeming to go along with the current trend. He announced that he would accept the vice-presidential position if offered to him by Attorney general Peter Bell (I-IN).

Delaney, known for a dry sense of humor but a hard-working man none the less, rose in the ranks of politics in Ohio. In 2016 he reluctantly accepted the nomination of the Ohio Reformist Party (a party only in Ohio) to run against a somewhat senile old Democratic State Senator , and to the surprise of the state, he won (but with only 31% of the vote). Since then he rose in the ranks as a non-partisan Centrist, and in 2024 was elected Ohio’s Lieutenant Governor. By then he had decided to give up on the utterly incompetent Ohio Reformist Party and run for Congress. His opponents, incumbent Congressman R. Reagan Forver and District Attorney Jacob D. Becker (JDB for short), were defeated in what most pundits said would be a walk for Congressman Forver. Also elected in 2024 to the Governorship was “The Weatherman Senator” State Senator Michael A. Naso. “Don’t blame me,” Republic joked after hearing this news, “I abstained on the governorship.”

Now a very poplar national figure, Congressman Delaney is expected to bring a great deal of appeal to the ticket. Bell, regarded by some (especially Mississippi Senator Harry Nelson) as an elitist, would most likely be seen as less of “stuck-up” by selecting the down home Congressman as his running-mate.

Bell currently polls (poll provided by Gallup Inc.) in a mock election between Senators Nyman of Michigan  and Nicholas of Washington at:

Nyman (D): 34%
Nicholas (R): 30
Bell (I): 14%
A18 (TF): 6%
Others: 3%
Undecided: 13%

California Governor’s Commentary
By Lauren Spegel Sacramento Bee

SACREMENTO- Newly inaugurated Governor Michael R. L. Wildcard of California weighed in yesterday on who he feels is the best GOP nominee for President in 2032. His former boss, Pedro Dawson, a controversial figure, has made some “funny” statements as of late. Declaring at a rally in Flagstaff, Arizona, “Illegal immigration is the same as an invasion of our nation by a warring power, and we know what we did to the last guys who tried to invade us back in 1815.” Or perhaps his cussing out of members of the press is what makes his campaign the most unique. Whatever his campaign may be running on, currently it is running on empty. With Dawson polling below 3% in most polls, Governor Wildcard decided to bring some other names into the field of the run for the Republican nomination:

“Several officials who have not yet announced their candidacy may prove to be strong nominees,” Wildcard informed our reporters, “Governor Don Johnson of Tennessee is one of the top three “should-runs” in my opinion. He has a record that is quite impressive, eight years of balanced budgets, successful execution of instant run-off voting, among other great achievements has made him seem like one of the best nominees for our party.”

“Senator Ryan Noble (R-WI) is another great choice. As we know, he had a bit of a rough start as State Treasurer of Wisconsin, but his nearly flawless voting record and solid conservative credentials make him a great nominee for President. His introduction of ‘The Future Colony’ program is probably the most far-reaching space program since NASA was founded. This alone could appeal to younger voters seeking more advances in our space program. He has attracted a lot of support from Democrats as well for this project, including Senators Nyman (D-MI), Guinan (D-PA), and Nelson (D-MS).”

“The third is one whom many have written off as a mere ‘corn-husking bumpkin’ that man being Governor Paul Brunsel of Iowa. Brunsel, after turning down the 2028 Republican Vice-Presidential nomination, has moved up in the ranks as an effective Republican worker and governor. His passage of the Balanced Budget and Right to Life Amendment through a split state house is quite a feat to say the least.”

Wildcard himself ruled out a run for President, but stated that he would look into a “run” for Vice-President. After easily defeating Democratic State Senator James Fortune in the 2030 California Gubernatorial race, Wildcard’s position as rising star in the West will most likely stay soaring for a while.

Televangelist Tries it Again!
by Duke Fraughterly The Christian Telegram

GREENSBORO, NC- Popular televangelist Reverend Joshua Craddock announced last Thursday that he would once again seek the  Republican Nomination for President. This will be the second time the famous Gospel quoter has made a run for his respective party’s nomination.

Craddock, known for his several controversial, yet powerful, speeches condemning homosexual marriage and the Catholic Church. The Reverend ran for the GOP nomination in 2028 (at the  young age of 41) campaigning on the slogan, “More Bible, and less babble, in Washington.” His opponents for the nomination, Ohio Governor Michael Naso, Senator NixonNow of New Jersey, and the lovable Mayor of Centerville, Iowa, John Engle, stated in some way or another that Craddock’s Campaign reeked of the Know-Nothing Campaign of 1856, and to this Craddock denied. Accused by several noted Republicans, foremost among them Senator Colin Wixted of Pennsylvania, as religion-baiting against Catholics, Craddock’s 2028 candidacy was ended after a lopsided defeat in the Louisiana Primary to eventual nominee Governor Naso.

After being defeated in 2030 for a seat in the U.S. Senate, it seemed as if the Reverend was doomed to political oblivion, but he was resurrected from the political grave once the Clay High School Crisis occurred. Clay High, located in Asheville, North Carolina,  had decided to take the Bible out of it’s school library due to fears it would offend students of other religions. Craddock, along with such Senate leaders as Jeff Rights (R-FL) and Cosmo Kramer (D-AR), formed “Onward Christian Soldiers”, a march of about 2,000 people from Plant City, Florida, to Asheville, where they intended to, even if forcibly, reinstate the Bible into their school’s library. In the end the small mach became a rally for traditionalist America, and Congress passed “The Faith Act” allowing the Bible, Torah, and any other religious document to always be allowed to be present in public schools. “The firs amendment has triumphed,” Craddock declared to the crowd outside the school, and his 2032 campaign for President began.

Craddock is expected to  poll the best in the Deep South, where he has become as popular a figure as Judge Roy Moore was during his campaign for the Presidency in 2008. In another not, a member of “Onward Christian Soldiers” Senator Cosmo Kramer of Arkansas declared today that he was “seriously considering” a run for President in 2032. Craddock answered to this, The more true Christians the merrier.”

Onward Christian Senator
by Jim Concepsion Pine Bluff Gazette

PINE BLUFF- “The Christian Senator”, as he was deemed by ACLU Nick Calvert during the Clay High Crisis, Cosmo Kramer of Arkansas declared his candidacy for President yesterday afternoon. “This September of 2031 is not like any regular month,” declared the famous Senator, known for carrying a Bible with him as he spoke before the Senate, “Such acts as the Equality of Marriage Act, where we allow the members of the same-sex to receive the benefits of traditional marriages, have shown me that our country has turned it’s back on the words of the Gospel and our Lord.” This is what Kramer has said every day since he was elected to the Pine Bluff City Council in 2022.

“The William Jennings Bryan of his time”, the young populist was able to move quickly up the ladder of politics in Arkansas by creating an amazing coalition of soccer moms, NASCAR Dads, Christian fundamentalists, and religious young voters. “Kramer’s Crusade” as his underdog campaign for the U.S. Senate was known as in 2028; Kramer not only won, but won 63% of the vote. He has since been a voice for, as he puts it, “The ran-down man.”

Declaring, “It's the government's purpose to promote the common good of the people at any means necessary”, Kramer’s polling numbers are high, as he leads such Democrats as DNC Chairman Jim Fritz, Senator Kevin Nation, Governor Christopher Michael, and Massachusetts Justice John Migrendel. He currently trails only behind front-runner Senator Nyman of Michigan, who is the expected Democratic nominee.

Defender of the Center-Right: Senator John David Ford
by Malcolm Adams Los Angeles Independent

LOS ANGELES- Former Secretary of Defense and current U.S. Senator, John Ford is a trusted public servant and a well-known Republican reformer, seemingly to be in the Progressive mold of Theodore Roosevelt. It is because of this that last Friday, September 12th, 2031; he announced his intentions to run for President of the United States.

Ford, a former Los Angeles Councilman, Californian State Representative, Under-Secretary of Defense under the corrupt Todd Staples Administration (2021-2025), Ford was unexpectedly chosen as President Leip’s Secretary of Defense. During his tenure he dealt with the overthrow of Communism in China, by peaceful means, in 2023, and the Saudi Arabian Civil War, between far-left Socialists (“The Army of the Peoples’ Will) and the Saudi Royal Family. That bitter conflict continues to rage, but Ford’s denunciation of the Army of the People’s Will and his support of the Saudi Aide Bill, giving millions of dollars in military funding to the Saudis, seems to be the only controversy in Ford’s entire career. Controversial Minnesota Representative Zach Nelson (no relation to Harry Nelson of Mississippi) denounced Ford as, “A fascist in his support of the Saudi Royal murderers!” Thankfully for Ford, no one listened to Nelson, but the far-left Congressman from the Minneapolis has continued his assault on U.S. support of the Saudi Royals.

In 2028 John Ford rode on President Leip’s popularity and his own record of an efficient administrator to be elected to the U.S. Senate, defeating token Democratic opposition in the from of left-wing activist James Fern by a 59-41% rout. As Senator, Ford’s main concern has been strengthening the U.S. military, but also trying to move the GOP closer to the center, especially on social issues. Following Governor Naso’s (R-OH) landslide defeat to President Leip in the 2028 Presidential Election, many Republicans began to listen to Ford’s “centrism with a purpose.”

The second most popular Senator in the country, Ford declared that he would defend the border from an increasingly large flow of illegal immigrants from Central America, continue the support of the Saudi Government in the ongoing Civil War, form stronger trade relations with the Republic of China, and clean up the Department of Homeland Security, which became increasingly bungling and beaurocratic under the last administrations, especially the Staples Administration.

In a recent Gallup Poll, it showed Ford has already sprung to a top-contender for the Republican Nomination:

Steven Nichols (WA): 19%
Chris Soult (PA): 17%
Jeff Rights (FL): 17%
John Ford (CA): 14%
Dan Reynolds (IL): 3%
Paul Brunsel (IA): 3%
Joshua Craddock (NC): 2%
Andrew Berger (NY): 1%
Others: 2%
Undecided: 22%

Now…Everybody’s Favorite Governor!
by Patty Sinclair Twin City Star

ST. PAUL- Governor Chris Verin is everybody’s favorite guy it seems. The Chairman of the Democratic Governors’ Association and currently the most popular Governor in the U.S., polling at 87% approval ratings, even 63% of Republicans like “Governor Smiley”!

This is why some were surprised when he officially announced yesterday that he was supporting Attorney General Peter Bell for President in 2032, and he is quite serious about it as well. “Peter Bell is the only choice for President he knows what he’s doing,” Verin declared in a press conference from the Minnesota State House, “No other candidate can boast the knowledge of this great Brit turned American.” “I’ll have to give him this,” stated political analysis and current Californian Senator John F. Kennedy, also a former resident of the UK, “Governor Verin’s sticking to his guns.” The talk of guns then made the Governor a bit scared, but he was informed it was simply an expression. Smiley

Verin, elected Governor in 2030, has been a political wonder. The liberal Verin has some Conservative stances as well, the most among them being his support of the continuing War on Drugs and the illegalization of Marijuana. In 2031, he vetoed three bills that would have made marijuana a legal drug in Minnesota; “Our state doesn’t need this kind of garbage,” he stated as he vetoed the last of the three bills.

The Governor is the front runner for Bell’s Vice-Presidential nominee, as even Bell has stated he would receive a much needed bounce in the polls from the popular man from the land of 10,000 Lakes. Whether the Attorney General will choose Verin has yet to be determined, but polling with Verin on the ticket has helped him immensely in the polls, as this recent Gallup Poll shows:

Stephen Nichols (R): 26%
Eric Nyman (D): 26%
Peter Bell-Chris Verin (I): 21%
Phillip Huff (TF): 3%
Others: 1%
Undecided: 23%

Within 5% of striking distance, Bell has been urged by influencial “Bell ‘32” campaign worker aRepresentative Leh of Pennsylvania to choose Verin as his running-mate.

GOP Aims for Florida, Once Again
by Dexter Mellin Boca Raton Times

BOCA RATON- Senator Ben Meyers (R-FL) has been eyed as a potential Vice-Presidential nominee for the Republicans since the GOP Disaster in 2028. He stated last night in an address from his home town of Boca Raton that he would indeed be interested in the number two spot on the Republican Ticket in 2032. “If my presence on the ticket would help the party,” he declared, “I would serve as the Vice-Presidential candidate with great honor and dignity.”

His presence on the ticket is needed, at least compared to the 2028 results from Florida:

President David Leip (I): 4,322,800 (70.8%)
Governor Michael Naso (R):1,709,915 (28.0%)
Senator Harry Nelson (D): 68,541 (.4%)

Of course, these were the numbers from an election where the incumbent won 71% of the vote, but still an indicator of what a poor choice of a candidate can do to a party. 2028 Republican Vice-Presidential nominee, Senator NixonNow of New Jersey, was as prone to gaffes as Spiro Agnew in 1968. Attacking, “Jew bastards” as the reason the Stock market had dipped in the spring of 2028, NixonNow had to apologize to Jewish groups. Joking about “a bunch who Wops live there”, regarding a New Jersey suburb, NixonNow had to apologize again. “Apologize now Mr. NixonNow,” joked Lawrence Watson, host of Late Night with Lawrence Watson , “It will save time later.”

Meyers does not have any of these gaffe problems. Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022, Meyers has been a popular with both Libertarian and Populist minded Americans, and was reelected in 2024 and 2026 by landslide margins, winning over 75% of the vote both times. In 2028, he was elevated to the Senate in a race that brought Iowan Governor Paul Brunsel, Representative and Republican National Chairman Phil Innamorato, and senior Florida Senator Jeff Rights down to the Sunshine State in a three week barnstorming campaign. “Rights brought the tough talk, Brunsel brought the oratory, and Phil brought the bagels,” joked “Senator Ben”. Of course the RNC Chairman’s uncanny fundraising abilities may have played bid deal in Meyer’s landslide election to the Senate.

And advocate of space exploration, small business rights, and humanitarian causes, Meyers did not endorse a candidate for President last night, but said, “The Convention should and will choose the best candidate for our party.” Meyers is ranked among one of the best Senators, and is expected to be on all candidate’s Veep shortlists.

Words from the Military Strategist
by Samantha Dunkirk Houston Chronicle

HOUSTON- Noted military historian and strategist G. Patton Merbrich, known to most as “Colonel M” for his military rank and somewhat mysterious manner, gave our newspaper quite a commentary on how Middle Eastern affairs will play out in the 2032 Campaign.

M, as we will refer to him, has stated that the most important military issue will be what side a candidate supports in the Saudi Civil War. “Any candidate who supports the Socialist side will find it a bit difficult to argue his position,” the Colonel stated, “But those who support the Royal family will have to answer the same question that President Leip has had to: ‘Why are we, a freedom loving people, supporting the oppressive Saudi Royal regime?’. Such candidates as Secretary of Defense Dunn and Senator Ford will be greatly hindered by this.”

“Ever since the Middle Eastern War of 2015, the slight peace in the Middle East has nearly been broken,” Colonel M stated, “Any of the few members of PLO left could explode a car bomb or TNT belt in Jerusalem, and then the horrors of the Middle East War could come back once again, but this time could be ten or twenty times worse. The last remnants of the Palestinian Liberation Organization still has several bases, some very pro-Iran, in the Republic of Iraq, though that conflicts with the Agreement at London, which ended the war. Where the candidates stand on the protection of the fragile Nation of Israel, my homeland, and the whipping out of the last patches of PLO resistance will eb the deciding factor between who is “the dove” or “the hawk” in this race.”

“Speaking of Israel, the recently discovered proof of mass genocide of the Palestinians has come out. Yes, it is shocking. How was the U.S. to know one of its closest allies was simultaneously killing of Palestinians from 2009-2013? But this did happen, and we still have to answer to it. Senator Rights of Florida seems to think there was nothing wrong with it, as he has stated in several press releases that Israel was merely, ‘Fighting an enemy.’ ACLU Chairman Calvert and General Secretary Realpolitik have vehemently demanded apologies and restitution from Israel for the remaining Palestinians. Senator Ford seems to have the position I agree with though. He stated, ‘Israel did what it felt was right for national security, but by doing so overlooked what was right for human dignity.”

Colonel M ended by stating, “This election is the most pivotal since 2004. The man we select will very well continue or abruptly end our presence in the Middle East. The man who gets the office in November 2032 better be a man who stands up for his ally Israel.”

The Majority Shall Be Heard!
By Herman Tibbert Sacramento Daily Press

SACREMENTO- The Republican Party has never seen a man like Californian Lieutenant Governor Leonard Hobbes before! A Conservative in the form of Jack Kemp and Pete DuPont, Hobbes declared today that he was founding an organization known as “The Forgotten Majority” and he was going to be its standard bearer for President. “Just like Nixon back in 1968, I stand for the great silent majority of Americans,” Hobbes informed our paper, “It seems that very vocal, yet very small, minorities have invaded the Capitol. Whether it be pro-death (meaning both abortion and the death penalty) marchers, influence peddlers, lobbyists, and ‘Doves and Hawks’.” Hobbes declared that his campaign for President would focus on, “giving the power back to the large majority of regular Americans.”

Glennallen L. Hobbes (known to most as Leonard, his middle name) rose quickly in Californian politics. A famed author of such alternate history classics as “The Patriot: The Rise of the Federation Party” and “Keep Kemp: The Kemp Revolution”, Hobbes was elected to the Sacramento City Council in 2014 (after a failed attempt for the U.S. Senate in 2010), and later Mayor of Sacramento in 2019. His election to the Lieutenant Governorship in 2026 was a landslide, as Hobbes was able to communicate in a straight talking fashion. Governor Michael Wildcard declared yesterday, “Hobbes will be a formidable third party candidate. He certainly is an intelligent guy.”

Possible running mates for Hobbes have not really been brought up. Hobbes himself has stated, “My first intention is to get an organization large enough to get ballot access completed.” Some have brought up popular Libertarian Congressman John Dibble of Georgia as a running mate, or even Senator Vasco Bono of New Hampshire (currently seeking the GOP nomination). Neither of these two have stated any intention to serve as Veep for Hobbes. “The idea of being Vice -President has never entered my head,” Bono later told the press, “And never will.”

Phillip Huff, Tax Freedom party nominee, has declared he has no intentions of letting Hobbes serve as his Vice-President. “The last thing I need is a political flake in my campaign,” Huff scoffed.

“Forgotten Majorities for Hobbes” has begun massive fundraising and petitioning for ballot access. “This could possibly be a threat to Peter Bell’s Campaign,” Representative Joe Delaney of Ohio interjected, “Hobbes will be a threat to our Independent effort from the center as much as Huff is from the right.”

Dispatch from the Garden State
by Gloria Humpbert Metro Area News

TRENTON- Senate Minority Leader of the New Jersey State Senate Bret Festoon may not be well known nationally, but yesterday he made national news by announcing that he would serve as Chairman of Draft Wixted, and organization urging Pennsylvania Senator Colin Wixted to run for President in 2032.

“Wixted seems to be the only Republican in the capitol who doesn’t use his office as a Sermon pulpit,” Festoon released in an address yesterday. An atheist Republican (no, it’s not an oxymoron), Festoon gave $2,000 to the effort on the spot. “Senator Wixted is the hope for those voters who want to talk about the issues in a race for President, not Pope,” the State Senator joked.

Festoon has had quite a colorful career himself. Only recently elected to the State Senate (in 2026) he had before headed an organization known as “Save Our Movement”, an anti-Religious Right Republican bastion, also aided by the Independent Governor of Oregon, Robert Goldwater . In 2028, he debated the Reverend Joshua Craddock (also a candidate in this election) on the eve of the Pennsylvania Primary. In the debate he made the statement, “It’s time we stop playing religion with politics.” Obviously a spoof of Craddock’s campaign slogan, “Less politics in religion and more religion in politics”, Craddock lost the primary to Governor Michael Naso of Ohio, and with that the GOP nomination.

“The Culture War should be a thing of the past,” Festoon declared, “The endless fighting between radio commentators, authors, and even statesmen on Capitol Hill has gone on too long. Senator Wixted is a step above the rest in this respect,” Festoon closed with, “He is a devout Catholic, but he has the sense and decency to keep it out of politics.”

Surprise Announcement from Wisconsin
By Terrence Chadwick Madison Daily Times

MADISON- In what came as a complete surprise to the Grand Old Party and to the most political pundits, yesterday Senator Ryan Noble (R-WI) announced he would not seek the Presidency of the United States. “I feel that I currently need to serve as a senator from our great state,” Noble stated in a packed press conference, “The job of President of the United States needs to be given to a man with more imagination and experience than I.”

Noble had a rocky start in politics, but has risen to great prominence as a supporter of fiscal and social Conservatism. Noble first took on Senator William Jennings Beef (D-WI) in the 2016 U.S. Senate contest. Running an under funded and demoralized campaign (as well as being a greenhorn to the political scene at the mere age of 29) and facing a very popular incumbent, Noble lost his first run for Senate by a margin of 58-42%. This did not stop him however; as he was elected Mayor of Madison in 2019 (in an upset) then he was quickly elected to the position of Secretary of the Treasury in 2020. In this job he was nearly impeached due to fraud in the department, where he (though having nothing to do to with the fraud and robbery of the department) took full responsibility for these atrocious misdemeanors, and narrowly escaped impeachment. He resigned his office in 2023, and returned to private life seemingly politically dead.

Then in 2025, Senator Beef was appointed by President Leip to the office of Secretary of Transportation, and Noble reentered the political scene. After easily winning the Republican nomination, he took on a popular liberal, Lieutenant Governor Dean Roosevelt (running under the slogan “Let’s get another FDR!”), for the office of Senator. Campaigning on a promise to clean up the U.S. Treasury Department, never miss a vote as Senator, and to serve a full term, Noble was elected over Roosevelt by a margin of 49.7%-49.6%, with the rest going to third party candidates. In the 2028 Senate election, he once again defeated Roosevelt, but by a much wider margin.

While serving as Senator, Noble has lived up to all his promises. He has a 100% voting record and has been instrumental in funding the space program. He and Senator Harry Nelson (D-MS) were instrumental in passing funding for the “Colony One” Program, which established the first robotic colony on the Moon in 2030. Also a foreign policy hawk, Noble abandoned many Republicans on the Hill by taken a neutral stand on the Saudi Civil War. “Both sides are evils,” he told The Washington Review

Noble declared yesterday he would run for reelection in 2034, and intends on keeping his position as Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee. “I’ve got to keep these guys on their toes,” Noble joked. He also declined to endorse a candidate for President, but stated that he felt the GOP would choose the best nominee.

I appologize for not keeping this up. I have developed quite the social life lately and have been unable to visit the forum regularly.

I will start Primaries before October though and hope by Chistmas to have the general election.

Debate: At a Glance
by Tanya Deidreche U.S. Political Report

Columbus- Representative Zach Leh has been a political radical since his early years. The first member of the Socialist Party elected to the House of Representatives since the early 1900’s, Leh has been a Progressive reformer in the House of Representatives since his election to it in a 2027 special election.

Jacob D. Becker is a fairly unknown politician, except in Democratic mainstreams. Mayor Pro-Tempe of the Columbus City Council since 2029, he served as a District Attorney of the Columbus area and made an unsuccessful run for Congress in 2024, losing to current Representative Joe Delaney (I-OH). Currently serving as Chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party, he had challenged Representative Leh to a debate, and last night they squared off at Ohio State University. The topic: Should Progressive Democrats side with Peter Bell or the party’s own nominee.

Becker attacked Leh for, “Supporting a split of the liberal vote, which will result in the election of Senator [Steven] Nichols to the Oval Office.” Leh answered by declaring, “It is more important to side with one’s ideology than abandon it and vote for “the lesser of two evils.” Leh pointed out that President Leip’s own administration has shown that Independent Presidents can not only be e3ffective, but great Presidents as well. “That may be so,” Becker answered back, “But would you allow Jeffrey Rights, a front-runner for the nomination, a victory so that you may ‘vote your ideology’. He has openly stated that he will stand for, ‘Straight marriage today, straight marriage tomorrow, straight marriage forever,” and by voting for Bell, you will elect a Social regressive to office?” Leh took a while to answer this, but said reassuringly, “Let us not use a fear to try to stop a man from seeking office, or perhaps win that office. Let us not use a far-right senator from the Deep South as a reason to keep an intelligent and capable leader from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!” To this the crowd erupted into cheers.

The winner of the debate was not determined, but both came out as winners of sorts. Becker has gained prominence in Democratic Circles for standing up for the party. He is now considered a front-runner for U.S. Senate in 2032. Leh has greatly increased his prominence in the Bell ’32 Campaign. Though not considered on the Veep Shortlist, Leh was promoted to Head of Advertising soon after the debate.

This has been the first real debate of the 2032 Election Season.

#Wixted Enters the Race
by D. Woodrow Carnhagan Pittsburgh Chronicle

PITTSBURGH- In a long anticipated announcement last night, Senator Colin Wixted (R-PA) entered the crowded field of candidates for President in 2032.This announcement had been expected for at least a month, but one of his chief supporters in his decision was nor as expected.

Lieutenant Governor Kevin R. Brown (R-VA)was originally not a supporter of  Wixted. He had declared that, “Wixted was too liberal for the republican party.” In 2030 he had thought of carpet bagging to Pennsylvania to oppose him for the nomination for U.S. Senate, but this was ruled out because, let’s face it, he was the Lieutenant Governor of Virginia. Only recently has Brown decided to back up Wixted in the Primary, even over such candidates as John Ford,  Chris Soult, and Jeff Rights. He explained that “Win With Wixted” Campaign Chairman Brett Festoon had spoken with him a week before Wixted announced, and convinced Brown to back up Wixted in the important Virginia Primary (held two weeks after New Hampshire). “Festoon explained to me that Wixted was a Libertarian minded republican, not a liberal,” Brown told our paper. He also explained that Wixted is a very elect able candidate, “and the important thing is to win back the White House in November.”

Wixted himself is as was described, a Libertarian minded Republican. Popular in center-right political circles, Wixted met only one defeat in his political career; running against then Philadelphia Mayor Patrick Guinan for U.S. Senate in 2024. He, a first term State Representative, won the Republican nomination for Senate in an upset against front-runners Representative Bill Moose and Governor Chris Soult. He would lose to Guinan by a margin of 2,000 votes. In 2026 he would once again be nominated for Senate, and defeated Representative David Ninni (D-PA-13) for the Senate. Now, a reelection year for him, he has decided to run for President. Defeated 2030 Senate Candidate, former Representative and Philadelphia City Councilman Phil Innamorato has already announced his intentions to seek the seat.

Recent Gallup Polling has Wixted polling in the middle of a crowded Primary:

S. Nichols (WA): 12%
J. Ford (CA): 11%
J. Rights (FL):  11%
C. Soult (PA): 10%
C. Wixted (PA): 8%
J. Craddock (NC): 7%
D. Reynolds (IL): 7%
P. Brunsel (IA): 5%
A. Berger (NY): 3%
J. Smith (NH): 2%
P. Dawson (CA): 2%
Others: 1%
Undecided: 21%

The GOP Primary is still anyone’s game to win.
