In other news, the hotly contested Pennsylvania Senate race is finally over, now that Rep. Phil Innamorato (R-PA) conceded the election to Sen. Patrick Guinan, saying, “While their were independent voter regularities, I did not find anything big enough that would have affected the outcome.”

Um, this is rather far from what would happen in real life. Tongue

This COULD theoretically happen.

Yeah, and Phil could theoretically support someone who wasn't a Republican, but fat chance of either happening.

For the many observers who have called populism dead, AFL-CIO President Al Realpolitik has replied "not over my dead body."

It should be noted that the usual form of the idiom is "over my dead body", implying that the person will fight to the death against something.  I suppose "not over my dead body" is an even stronger statement, but it's also kind of an empty one, given that, if you're dead, there isn't much left you can do to prevent the person from doing something.

His corpse could trip them over... Cheesy

Hahaha, well, yes, but then the person would literally be going over his dead body, which is completely contrary to the assertion. Wink

Haha, I read that, and I could have sworn that Alex Knobel was Akno, who is not a Republican from Wisconsin...

Would people please jst get off my back on the stuff I write. I'm doing this all alone. Just be happy I continued this, because it was dead for a while.

So I have got every right to write down whatever the heck I want about anyone who wants to be in this story. Smiley

I apologize if my comment made it sound like I was unhappy.  I think you're doing a very good job; your coverage of myself was just not exactly what I expected. Smiley

Oh, and how does everyone know what they'll be like in 30 years? PB has as good a guess as anyone else!

I am 100% sure that I will not be in politics, so I suppose that my even being in this thing is unrealistic. Cheesy

Do I get to be a Dennis Kucinich or Al Sharpton-type character?

If so, that would be awesome.

I think, considering the number of candidates, preston would be very fortunate to get over 15% in New Hampshire. The winner would, most likely, be either Gustaf or myself, with Nation maybe getting 5-10%

NO I WILL WIN

AMERICA WILL REJECT PEOPLE WHO AREN'T EXTREME LIBERALS

I've been so busy, but I do have most of Super Tuesday written for the Republicans.

Don't worry, we can wait.  Or, at least, I can wait.  I don't know about the rest of these ingrates. Smiley

In an upset however, Longley just finished above of Kramer, so he did not come in last once again.

Colorado: 47 Delegates
L. Longley (WA): 12.2%

This clearly shows that the country is coming around for me.  I estimate that at this rate, I will be getting 102% in the last few primaries.

Longley was not upset, seeing how his goal is to come as close to win a primary without actually winning it.

I WIN

L. Longley (WA): 0.1%

I want to personally mail each of these people flowers.  They are true freedom fighters.

Governor Chris Verin (D-MN) claimed that Rights’s decision was, “So not the w00t.”

Longley was able to do well amongst drunken old women in Los Angeles, but this is not a constituency I would want to win.

Los Angeles is in Nevada?

PBrunsel, you should show those geography teachers the error of their ways. Smiley
